Overall I do enjoy the school however some mixed reviews can leave a bit to be desired. Specifically with the advisor situation it is simply put poor, many advisors don't stay as they simply aren't payed enough to do their job causing them to leave and for many to be put in a difficult situation.

I have enjoyed my time at Eastern Florida State College. I have been attending the Cocoa campus for two years now, and have not had any issues with safety or any issues with my professors during my time there. The Student Union has good food, games, seating, and an outdoor patio. The campus is accessible, and semi-easy to navigate. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience at that campus.

I like EFSC because it has multiple campuses to choose from and it is close to home for me. The process of getting my degree has been very smooth and easy. The counselors are always ready to help with all questions and the teachers are very knowledgeable. EFSC is starting to expand more with their degree options and I was lucky that they added the Biomedical Science degree. I would like to see even more degree options for future students and more professors to choose from.

I was only here for one year. I am an athlete and I live on campus. This school has been my saving grace! Everyone is super nice and supportive. The staff and professors only want the best for everyone and are always looking out for their students. I loved all my classes here and I would 100% recommend this school to everyone. It is really close to the beach and there is a family atmosphere here.

My experience at Eastern Florida State College has a been a roller coaster ride. I’ve switched advisors multiple of times due to the lack of care and location. Through situations out of my control, I’m pleased with the advisor that I’m paired with this semester and hope for a bright future at EFSC in the upcoming years.

They razed down the gym and the pool, and there's no pool either, and no dorms, so parties are WAYYY off campus. I enjoyed how laid back i felt, and i met some really cool people there, that i feel like we'll have a nice connection with even after we go our separate ways.

I have loved my experience here. Most of my professors have been amazing, very approachable and will work with you. There is no dining hall, only 3 restaurants, I would like to have more options. School/class experience is great, student life- they try.

Eastern Florida is a great college, the location is perfect, very close to beaches, and lots of local fun! The campus isn't too large, and there are multiple campuses around. The classes are too big or too small, meaning I can learn and engage with my professors and students. Student life is very fun, I enjoy attending events and sporting events.

My overall experience was fairly positive. The professors at Eastern Florida State College are quite tenured and well equipped to provide the best educational experience. I really enjoyed the music courses I took due to the hands on nature and one on one learning environment. I gain the most understanding from material taught when its more hands on rather then an lecture environment. Although lectures were present, the main focus from my professors was engaging the students in a meaningful way. I really enjoyed that aspect. The thing I would change is Eastern Florida State College's online platform and materials. The navigation of Canvas at times could be quite confusing and changed depending on the class. Thus having to learn a new way to navigate the canvas layouts per class. I think something more stream lined would be more effective.

I like how the classes were a little smaller and easier to work with my professors. My professors are willing to meet with me after class at anytime during the school week. But I would like to see a better diversiry in the classrooms. I also would like to see more sighs for new students entering the buildings.

There have been several aspects I've enjoyed about Eastern Florida State College. Firstly - the faculty. They're exceptional, for the most part. I have yet to take a class with a professor I dislike. They've all been extremely accommodating, friendly, and eager to help students understand the material that they teach. They reward hard work; if you put the effort in, they will have your back should something go wrong. If you want to do well, you will.
Secondly, the facilities are well-maintained and generally good. This is a college that is growing and expanding along with its respective metro area, and it shows. This college is on the upswing.
In addition to these aspects, there is good campus culture. The atmosphere is a positive and encouraging one to be in. The various student-led clubs are excellent, and I've met some good friends through them.
To summarize, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eastern Florida State as a place to get your undergraduate degree.

There are 4 campuses across Brevard County that has a variety of classes. I've been to the Titusville and Cocoa Campus and they are both really nice campuses. The staff in the admin buildings are friendly and there are different food options on both campuses. There's also lots of opportunity to get tutoring with multiple subjects and lots of resources.

It has been great, i am enrolled as a dual enrollment student, it was honestly a great first look at college. The teachers and faculty are very interested in the education of the students and give work and lectures that will help us not only remember short term but actually long-term learn the topic.

I love how personal this college can be. If you use your resources, you’ll be rewarded with a meaningful education and great professors. I do recommend checking RateMyProfessor before signing up for classes. The hybrid and on site classes are great and work at your pace for basically any schedule. Use your resources!! The professors and staff are wonderful if you reach out. They are there to help.

I am currently enrolled in Eastern Florida State College's Aviation Maintenance Technician program. So far, I am very impressed with the program. The combination of hands on and academic learning is very satisfactory and the highest degree of integrity and professionalism is expected.
