After boasting one of the best all-around units in football last year, the team lost several key players in free agency and will need to make the most of their picks if they want to hang with the AFC elite.

Seven-Round Baltimore Ravens Mock Draft
First-Round (30th Overall): Xavier Worthy, WR
The Ravens kick off this mock draft by grabbing one of the most dangerous players in the 2024 NFL Draft. Baltimore never found a true replacement for Marquise Brown, and now they land the fastest player in the history of the NFL Combine. Worthy is more than just a one-trick pony, as his quick feet and impressive lateral agility also make him a dangerous route runner. While he won’t win too many contested catches, his vertical speed will add a much-needed dimension to the passing attack.

Second Round (62nd Overall): Payton Wilson, LB
If it weren’t for injuries, Payton Wilson would never be available late in the second round of the Ravens mock draft. While his ability to stay on the field is a bit of a question mark, he’s lethal in action. An aggressive downhill threat, the N.C. State product has the strength to play the run and the athleticism to cover tight ends and running backs in the open field. While his aggression can be a double-edged sword, the presence of Roquan Smith should allow Wilson to make those big-play gambles without too much downside.

Third Round (93rd Overall): Blake Corum, RB
The Ravens have a great short-term answer at running back in Derrick Henry, but the former All-Pro is not a long-term fix. Blake Corum is a more athletic version of Gus Edwards and is a perfect fit for the RB2 role in 2024. In the short term, Corum can back up Henry and take over whenever the star running back needs a breather. Down the road, the Michigan product and Keaton Mitchell can combine to form a dangerous thunder-and-lightning duo.

Fourth Round (113th Overall): Jaden Hicks, S
The Baltimore Ravens love safeties, so they take the best one left on the board with their fourth pick in this mock draft. Jaden Hicks weighs in at 6′-2″ and 211 pounds and knows how to use every last ounce of that massive build to dish out punishment in the run game. While he’s a bit of a liability in coverage, he’s the perfect backup for Kyle Hamilton who should see some playing time in three-safety sets.
Fourth Round (130th Overall): Kalen King, CB
The Baltimore Ravens are buying low with this mock draft selection. In 2022, Kalen King played like a potential first-round pick. Unfortunately, he regressed dramatically in 2023 without Joey Porter Jr. This suggests that King is better off in a depth role, which is a fine position for a fourth-round pick. If given minimal responsibility, the defensive back’s natural playmaking instincts could lead to a few interceptions per season.

Fifth Round (140th Overall): Isaiah Adams, OG
The Baltimore Ravens lost both guards in free agency and finally addressed the position in the fifth round of this mock draft. Isaiah Adams played tackle during his final collegiate season but will probably have to move back to guard at the NFL level. This versatility is a positive trait, especially for a Day 3 pick. An above-average athlete, Adams could become a solid starter if he improves his footwork and ability to recognize blitzes.
Sixth Round (218th Overall): Jowon Briggs, DT
Jowon Briggs is a strong, physical defensive tackle who won’t get after the quarterback, but will be able to hold his own in the trenches and close up rushing lanes. With Justin Madubuike being the star of the defensive line, Briggs should thrive in a supporting role.
Seventh Round (228th Overall): Myles Cole, EDGE
Based on athletic potential alone, Myles Cole deserves a shot in the NFL. However, the fact that he hasn’t figured it out after six collegiate seasons is concerning. Every single player left on the board is far more likely to fail than to succeed, so the Ravens shoot for upside late in the mock draft.
Seventh Round (250th Overall): Sam Hartman, QB
The Ravens wrap up the mock draft by taking a flier on the most important position in the game. Sam Hartman is at his best when playing out of structure and extending plays, which makes him a natural fit for Baltimore. While he’s nowhere close to being as athletic as Lamar Jackson, he could fight for a backup job.
